How companies and other organisations can sponsor Stratford-upon-Avon Choral Society

It is an expensive business putting on high quality choral concerts due to the costs of hiring a suitable venue and a professional orchestra and soloists. Our concerts mostly run at a loss and the committee have a difficult job balancing their desire to provide concerts of the highest quality possible against the need to stay within our budget.
We rely on our supporters to help tip this balance in favour of more exciting programmes and to enable us to maintain the quality of our concerts. With their help we can plan our schedule with confidence for the years ahead. Companies and other organisations can support the society by becoming sponsors.

 
What is involved in becoming a sponsor?

Our sponsors are organisations (usually local companies) who are asked to provide a significant level of financial support for the society and in return get recognition of that role in the society's web site and concert programmes. For the current season we are asking for a minimum donation of £250 from our sponsors.
Becoming a sponsor provides the following benefits, in addition to the knowledge that you are providing vital support for the society:
• Recognition as a Sponsor on our web site, with a company logo if requested.
• Recognition as a Sponsor on our concert programmes for our three main concerts of the year.
• A half page advertisement in each of these programmes
• Two complimentary tickets to each of these concerts
• Reserved seating at concerts.

 
Main Sponsors

We also look for a small number of Main Sponsors to provide significantly more support and who will get greater recognition. For the current season we are asking for a minimum donation of £500 from our Main Sponsors.
Main sponsors are offered the following benefits in addition to the knowledge that they are providing vital support for the society:
• Recognition as a Main Sponsor on our web site, with a company logo if requested.
• Recognition as a Main Sponsor on our concert posters for the three main concerts of the year
• Recognition as a Main Sponsor in our three concert programmes for the three main concerts of the year
• A full page advertisement in each of these programmes
• Two complimentary tickets to each concert
• Reserved seating at concerts.
